Do we require a deposit?

Yes, a retainer is required to hold your event date and is due at time of booking. Retainer for weddings is $1500.

When is the balance due?

The balance is due in full 30 days before the date of the event.

May we use our own caterer?

Yes, you may bring in your own licensed caterer.

Questions to ask your caterer?

Are they self contained? Do they provide dishware and flatware? Do they provide their own linens? Do they provide set-up, take down and/or clean up? Do they cut and serve the wedding cake?

Do you need to hire a DJ for the music/reception?

Yes, an experienced DJ is a very important part of your event. A DJ can serve as the Master of Ceremonies to assist in directing the flow of the ceremony/reception. A DJ can also expertly assist you in music selection to create a fun and lively reception for you and your guests.
